NotreGames is designed for children and families. Version 1.0 stores the child’s randomized player handle, math settings, scores, missed questions, practice time, rewards, and parent PIN only on the device.
Version 1.0 does not create child accounts, collect real names, collect precise location, serve advertising, use third-party analytics, or transmit gameplay records to NotreGames. Local completion alerts remain on the device. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription status under Apple’s privacy practices; NotreGames does not receive payment card details.
An adult press-and-hold check appears before the first Parent PIN can be created. Parent settings, reports, and purchase controls are protected by that PIN. The PIN is stored locally. The parental gate and PIN are access controls; they are not presented as legal consent to collect a child’s personal information.
Game progress remains on the device or in that browser until a parent uses Reset Progress, the browser’s site data is cleared, or the app is deleted. Those actions remove the locally stored learning information. Subscription management and purchase history remain with the family’s Apple Account.
